ICBC

When you are able to do so, submit your claim either through the ICBC website or by calling them directly. After a claim has been submitted, you will receive a claim number, allowing you to access pre-approved treatments.

Pre-approved treatments allow individuals involved in a motor vehicle accident after May 2021 to receive treatment during the initial 12 weeks following the accident date. These treatments do not require a physician’s referral or approval from ICBC.

Pre-approved treatments include:

  • 25 Physiotherapy Sessions
  • 12 Registered Massage Therapy Sessions
  • 12 Acupuncture Sessions
  • 12 Clinical Counselling Sessions

If you require treatment beyond the initial 12 weeks since your accident date, you can consult with your healthcare provider(s), who will then communicate with ICBC to extend benefits.

We offer direct billing to ICBC, aiming to minimize paperwork for our patients so they can spend more of their time recovering.
