Spinal Decompression
What is Spinal Decompression
DTS decompression traction is a non-invasive therapy used to treat a range of conditions with respect to the spine. This therapy works by gently stretching the spine and reducing the pressure between the vertebrae’s (i.e., the bones in your spine). The aim of this treatment is to reduce pain and improve mobility.
How it Works
During a DTS decompression traction session, patients are comfortably positioned on a specialized traction table or device. Through controlled and precise movements, the table gently applies traction to the spine, gradually elongating the vertebrae and creating space between them. This decompressive force helps to alleviate pressure on spinal discs, nerves, and surrounding tissues.
