Types of Counselling Services
Individual Counselling
Individual counselling provides a safe, supportive space to explore personal challenges such as stress, anxiety, depression, grief, or life transitions. Working one-on-one with a registered clinical counsellor, you’ll gain tools and strategies to better understand your thoughts and emotions, build resilience, and improve your overall well-being.
Youth Counselling
Youth counselling is designed to support children and teens as they navigate the unique challenges of growing up. Our counsellors help with issues such as school stress, anxiety, self-esteem, relationships, and family dynamics. Sessions give young people a safe and confidential space to express themselves while learning healthy coping skills for the future.
ICBC Counselling
If you’ve been in a motor vehicle accident, ICBC counselling sessions can support your recovery by addressing the emotional and psychological impacts, such as anxiety, stress, or trauma. Our clinic is part of the ICBC Recovery Program, which means eligible patients can access counselling sessions with no out-of-pocket cost, helping you heal both physically and emotionally.
